I had horrible experience with this company/people, especially their customer service. Their materials are very Poor in quality, as our drain cover lasted LESS than a month - horrible. I called and emailed them numerous times (since they finished in May 2010 - it is now Sept 2010) and they haven't returned ANY calls. Unless they need to collect your money, they will call you or show up at your house, but if you have a problem...EXPECT TO NEVER HEAR FROM THEM. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR INITIAL PROMISE OF THAT. They will never show up again to help you. Take your time in looking for a contractor/business...this is NOT a good one. Good luck and I hope you never have to go through a bad business/people like I am going thru with them. God Bless.
