6/8/2013 The Hair club customer interaction is very poor. I felt deceived about the payment and the program. When I asked questions about how many times I needed a hair change, I was given incorrect information. Each time they applied the new hair to my head it began to shed and never lasted for a week. The hair began to look like I was balding. The people that were assigned to work on my hair would be changed each week. The hair itched and when I told them they said that I should have known. They were not reliable. The service procedures I received were very expensive and I expected to get my monies worth. However, I was sadly disappointed. They informed me that if I paid on time I would receive a percentage back. So I expect my money back. I will also be writing the better business bureau. And I would not recommend anyone go and receive any services that they offer.
