I WAS a customer of Hair Club for a while. Things were okay at first, almost anyone who saw me could tell the hair was SO FAKE. They started using literally what felt like 'horse hair', could not brush, wash properly, or manage. Complained to the girl I was seeing, she seemed so oblivious with that look of shock on her face, it was so phony, I could see right through it. Every time the contract was coming up, the manager Joe [Oak Brook] suddenly 'appeared' with a contract and pen in hand. Prices jumped signicantly and when I refused to sign based on reading the contract that states that they would 100% human hair, he was SO UPSET and did not understand how human hair was not being used. I ripped that thing off of my head, because it doesn't belong to the customer, it belongs to hair club [and you've paid several thousand dollars to 'rent' it], that claims it throws it away. Again a lie, because every time the agent took the piece off, she placed it in a cabinet, to have it 'refurbished' for the next mark in line. Losing hair is not fun, and it diminishes a lot of one's self-confidence, we don't need money hungry retards like Hair Club and their 'clueless' employees to stick it to us when we are already vulnerable. I hope the cheating Hair Club staff loses their hair and their jobs, so they also can't pay over 450.00 a month to wear horse hair.
