Very Disappointed with this company's service. I paid for 2 flower arrangements to be delivered to two seperate addresses for Mother's Day for my Mother and my Grandmother. They were supposed to be delivered the Friday before Mother's Day (May 8th). Neither were delivered. I waited till Mother's Day, thinking if they get it delivered by Mother's Day- I'll be fine with that... NO- They didn't. Monday rolls around- I went to their site and posted a complaint, I tried calling all the phone numbers, tried selecting all different options while on their automated phone line, no one will answer. This is during normal buisness hours that i'm calling but no one will answer. I sent an email, demanding they cancel my order and refund my money- I gave them two phone numbers to reach me at, and my email- They will not respond to me at all... I'm out $85.96 and Very Upset!! Bad Business and they should change their name to "Bogus Florist"
