I have never been involved in something so wrong... They did not tell me there was a monthly fee until after I gave them my credit card info for a 2.95 charge they said was for and information packet. I have been calling back and asking to speak to managers for 6 MONTHS to get my 49.99 refunded. They even gave me a refund code, but I have not seen a refund. I don't even care about the money it is the principle. I am going to contact BBB or any other organization I can to report this company.
