Vera at the desk is neglectful and dishonest. WILL NOT SEND MY FILE TO A NEW LOCATION where I moved. I have had 2 other branches try to get the file and she "does not give [me] a straight answer", according to one. They told me my hair color was no problem whatsoever, but after 6 treatments, I only lost hair on 15% of the area treated. This branch has been TAKEN OVER BY "CORPORATE" because of it's magnificent problems.
STAY AWAY.
