Barely short of a scam

What a scam! I can't believe they're actually approved by the BBB. Got my first list of about 5 listings on Friday...NONE of which met my criteria. And, they were all in "less than desirable" areas of the cities I'd requested. In fact, I'd requested specific areas of each city I was interested in...and they didn't give me a SINGLE listing in any of the specific areas or even close by (and I had 4 cities). I called "customer service" (ha) and the girl on the line sounded like a recording "we can not refund your fee; you can check our page for our terms, blah blah blah". WTF? What kind of business doesn't have a refund policy if you don't get what you paid for? I absolutely DID NOT get anything out of this transaction and basically just gave them $34 for nothing...literally. They basically just stole from me. They did not keep their end of our agreement. I'll be writing the BBB & any review sites about this POS company.
(Note: I would give zero stars if I were able)
