DID YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY?
We contracted with Interior Renovations of Jupiter to remodel two bathrooms. We gave them the required deposit of $10,000 in March, 2010. After receiving our money Rick and Ky (Blair) Bruttell became increasingly unresponsive and difficult to reach. There was one excuse after another as to why our project was being delayed. Two weeks ago we received a certified letter stating their financial difficulties and asking for our patience for two weeks while they worked out their problems. We became increasingly alarmed. We frequently went to their place of business to find it locked and no one there. The phones have been disconnected. We hoped there might still be a chance to retrieve some of our money by canceling our contract and losing 10% of the deposit. However, these two people are no where to be found and have reportedly cleared out the office according to some former employees who are still working in the back shop. They feel they may be preparing to leave the area.
We understand that there are many other people who have lost money to this company. A person who lost a large amount of money to these men is organizing an effort to submit a complaint to the Attorney General. This is the only way we may be able retrieve our money but we need as many statements as possible.
