We have also had problems with this company. We contracted them to remodel our kitchen in November and gave them a check for $8,346. They said they were busy right now but would start in February and it would take 3 weeks. In February we started trying to contact them and got the same run around as everyone else. We finally went to their showroom and they said they would start in March. After many phone calls - most not returned, they tore our kitchen apart on March 8. After many more phone calls and excuses, they finally installed the base cabinets on March 29. They would not even take the cabinets off the truck until we paid them the second installment of $5842. After many more phone calls and excuses, we finally got them to do some of the detail work like the shelves, molding and drawers. They said they would not put the doors on until we got the granite installed. We had another fiasco with the granite - we finally had to pay the wholesaler directly to get the stone and then we had to pay the fabricator directly to get it made and installed even though we had already paid Interior Renovations for all of this. We just wanted to get a working kitchen back again. I guess we were pretty lucky because we got most of it done except for the doors and a few other things. We were hoping they would stay in business long enough to get our kitchen finished. I documented the entire timeline and have 5 pages of entries. All in all with our paying for our own granite and fabrication, it has cost us about $16,000 and we still do not have the kitchen finished.
