JCHomeInspector co. is a very reliable, knowledgeable, and fair company. John Curtin explains everything in detail and builds a very great summary report with pictures. We were advised to consider John along with five other inspectors. I made certain to use bbb online to aid in my decision. In addition, I had previous experience with another inspector and am aware of the inspection tests. I needed to find someone within a short time and around the holidays. All went well even though the listing agent forgot to turn on the power to the short sale. John came back as soon as the power came on! The report was very thorough and the cost reasonable.
