We can only give the highest praises to John Swarm and the staff and crews with Kitchen Cabinet Express. Our bathroom remodel was a very positive experience.
John was very informative and supportive in helping us design and implement our remodel while staying within our budget. One very positive thing we experienced was that there was no up-selling, or trying to move us into purchasing something we didn't need. This was not our experience with other companies and contractors. John and his staff and crews were in constant communication with us through out the project. If we ha a question or concern, it was addressed immediately, and to our satisfaction.
John, Saul and his crews were always very professional and respectful of our time and space. The crews showed up on time, and if there was an unavoidable delay we were contacted. Our living space and the remodel site was always left extremely neat, clean and free of debris. This surprised us, even with a smaller remodel, we expected a great deal of dirt, dust and clutter, but that was not the case in our situation. At the end of the day, the crews did their best to be sure the bathroom site and other areas were neat, safe and debris free.
Another selling point was that they have their own crews, no subcontracting or picking up workers from a "big box" store parking lot! And, in talking to the crew members, they expressed that they were happy working with this company, that it was an ethical and respectful company to work for. That was another reason we would definitely use this company again. We want to do business with a company that treats their employees well.
Maria, whom we dealt with in scheduling the different phases of our project, was very nice. She was extremely communicative about what to expect through each step of the process. She made sure everything happened to our satisfaction and in a timely manner.
We were also extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the materials used in our remodel. Our bathroom was truly a disaster before starting this project, now it is the nicest room in the house! The tile, granite and cabinetry are beautiful as well as functional. We highly recommend John and Kitchen Cabinets Express. We will definitely use them for our future kitchen and additional bathroom remodel. Thank you!
