Koontz is the antithesis of the big-box store experience: helpful staff are eager to answer questions and offer assistance, varied inventory, good prices (you'll pay about 3-5% more on average), and dog friendly. Whether you are doing a remodel or simply looking for an obscure part, it's worth a trip to Koontz. Their kitchen supply area is like a fun park, too.
