We were referred to Kucsan and McCrae by a friend who had successfully completed a Loan Modification through this firm. We were hesitant to trust but after 4 unsuccessful and frustrating years of trying to get a modification through the bank, we decided to take a chance. It was the best decision. This company did everything they said they would do and more, the customer service was exemplary and they stuck with us through a one year process but our home was saved!
