K and m Law Corp... Thank you so much for the amazing loan modification you were able to get for us. After dealing with many ( 5 ) companies who were extremely corrupt, and more than anything seem to be running a scam, my family and I are extremely grateful
we were able to find you. The friendly staff there made me feel very comfortable, but my case manager made me trust this company. The constant updates you provided gave us hope that you were not like the rest. Sure enough, our lender reached out to us shortly
after K and M Law Corp made contact with them, offering us a loan modification. Initially we were not guaranteed a lower payment ( which is understandable ), so we were prepared for a higher payment that would be applied towards principal and interest rather
than only interest. Our lender offered us 1. A lower payment - to be applied towards principal, interest, property taxes, and insurance 2. Allowed to skip one month's rent while new loan was accepted 3. Option to reduce total principal loan amount. Needless
