This company has the worst customer service. I bought a futon and did not receive it. They told me it was on back order and that they would call me as soon as it comes in. Well I waited 3 weeks and called them and they told me that some guy picked it up a week ago. That is a flat out lie. They also said he had the receipt which is impossible because I still have it in my possession. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and won. So now the store reports it to my credit report. Ridiculous!! They have responded to my BBB complaint that I actually picked it up 24 hours later. I will be contacting the proper people to prove they are lying. I asked the manager to pull the camera records and to send me the paperwork they received upon pick up never to hear from her again.
