On June 2, 2011, I ordered a birthday arrangement online for delivery on June 3. Payment of $124.00 was drafted from checking immediately. On June 16 I found out that the arrangement had never arrived, and I called customer service. There was apology and assurance of an immediate delivery, to be followed by a confirmation call and email. By June 21, still no confirmation. I called again, and was told that my records indicated I had canceled the order, which of course I refuted. I was then again promised immediate delivery and confirmation. I wait to see. In future I will return to use of TELEFLORA!
