I just read the other gentleman's review and he is so right, but it gets worste. The address they give is a Mailbox Etc, they do not have a warehouse, stock, parts, nothing. Their phone is an answering service with voicemail, thats why they never answer it. They refuse to take returns because they do not have a building.And they asked me, a single mother, to change out engine parts on a brand new item. They will try and scare you with a re-stocking charge, but even if you call their bluff, THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A RETURN ADDRESS of where to send your return. Why? They don't have one. It also ruined my Christmas, they even gave me a bogus Fed-Ex tracking number, and when I couldn't track it, I called Fed-Ex who confirmed nothing was shipped. I should have known that even after it was actually shipped, 5 weeks later than promised, they couldn't even tell me the color.Your better off putting $200 in your oven and burn it. At least that way you know your money is gone, instead of getting the run around, lied to, via E-mail of course because they don't have a phone, getting e-mails from bogus mechanics etc... I will gladly post any of the 42 e-mails they have sent in the past two months, it will make your stomach turn when you see the responses they give you. Bottom line, this "company" should not be allowed to operate in these United States. Then again its not a company, its somebody with a credit-card machine and a computer who takes your card, bills it immediately and then simply orders it from the manufacturer, anybody with a PC can do this, DO NOT BE RIPPED OFF BY USA POCKET BIKES, only speaking the truth.
