This company is a joke! I received a damage pocket bike that was in no way even able to use. It was a christmas present for my son and it was ruined. I emailed them on the day that I received the bike and they instructed me to fill a form out and send pictures. I did everything they asked and 2 weeks later they responded saying new parts would be mailed out. Never happened and I emailed them multiple times and got the same response. Well about 45 days later I receive an email stating my claim was denied and that their was insufficient evidence. Just a bunch of crap over and over. I am not going to be satisfied until justice is served to them. I think people should start seeking legal action to show this company that its accountable for its actions!
