Terrible company to do business with. They do not honor what they promise. Their customer service department is RUDE and not helpful. When I ordered the tuxedo for prom 2 weeks prior they were nice and assured me everything would be fine, and my order would be shipped out with 3 day shipping. The day of delivery arrived... no package. I waited another 3 days and still no package. First phone call: "so sorry, there was a dmix-up, but it will ship out today and you will have it by tuesday" Again Tuesday comes and no package, meaning no tux for prom. So I called them. Next person was rude, but did email me a tracking number. According to tracking it was scheduled to ship out that evening and would arrive here in over a week. (3 days AFTER the date I needed it by) So I called back. When I asked to speak to the manager I was assured I was already speaking to him, and it was THE SAME GUY I spoke to the first time, the one that told me it would be here Tuesday!! When I called back and spoke to THe SAME person the next day he was rude with me as well, told me I was annoying and hung up on me. DO NOT recommend doing business with these people. snooty, rude, and do not follow through on their promises. I would give a ZERO star rating if possible.
