Since last year I tried to refinance through my local bank and waited 4 months to get the process done and then I was informed that I couldn't qualify due to market and guidlines changes. Few months after thinking I had no more luck, I contacted Meredian Financial and I spoke with Anas Arnous and he is up to date as far as market changes and about the industry and how to be creative to make sense to the underwriter to make the deal work. He was also very professional and alwasy return my calls when I had any questions. I finished my transaction last month and I' am truly happy now that this refinance is completed thanks to Meredian and especially Anas Arnous to make this happen for me. Whithout his help and his great experience I think I would be in the same position that I was in last year. Thank you
