The good news is that this company is legitimate, and the work will get done...eventually. The bad news is everything else about this company. You will be fighting, yelling, and demanding to know what's going on during the entire construction process! I just had my 1.5 bathrooms remodeled by this company and their stated time of two weeks turned into over four weeks of work. That's over a month with no working shower! The main problem was that we were not allowed to pick out materials until they were needed. From the start, I told the "supervisors" that we should be picking out paint, flooring, grout color, cabinets, and hardware. They were never in a hurry give us our selections to choose from. Then, when the painters came, they asked us what color are we using! Since we didn't choose yet, this would burn a day of labor. This went on and on again with the floor tiles, shower tiles, cabinet, and every type of material involved. When the cabinet came to the house, they had an excuse that the one we picked was no longer available, and they just used their judgement of which one to bring. The same thing happened with the bathroom mirror. We sent them out to get a particular mirror and they came back with a completely different one. They gave us No Choice! Then, when they were finishing up the punch list items, a worker dropped a wrench on our new shower floor and broke a tile! Well, now we are waiting for the grout and grout sealer to dry! Another week with no shower!! This company uses the workers on other projects and will pull the workers from your job without telling you when, or if, they will work that day. And when you call to find out, they usually don't answer their phone. And they don't leave messages on your phone. The main problem with this company is their so called "supervisors." These guys are the ones who are supposed to coordinate the work, but they Don't Communicate At All! They will try to sell you more and more work by looking around at your pipes (entire re-do?) and the wiring (complete re-wire?) and will claim that you have to get this done. Don't fall for it! Lastly, they will ask you for payments that are not specified in the contract! There is a reason for "progress payments." But, they will ask you for a partial payment ("can you pay half?") before the work specified is completed!! Don't pay until each phase is complete! And get an "unconditional release" form Before you make the final payment!!! My suggestion: don't fall for the kindness of the "supervisors," they are not the ones doing the work, they have one excuse after the next, and they don't communicate with the customer! They will NOT be remodeling my kitchen! IMPORTANT UPDATE: About a month after Millennia completed our bathroom remodel project, I smelled something burning in our attic. The added electrical upgrades that were put in were causing an overload because they were only tied into the existing wiring. I called in another electrician to fix the problem and he said that they should have put in a new circuit, not added to the existing wiring. Well, as the electrician was fixing this problem, he noted that there was a hole in the roof that was not connected to anything. Millennia had removed the bathtub, expanded the shower, and had removed the venting pipes; but they left the project with no vent for the shower and had left a hole in our roof where the flashing was still in place!!! Now, I have to have them back to fix this plumming problem. All I can say is Choose Your Contractor Carefully!
