I purchased a car from M&A Auto in Van Nuys, who has gone out of business for fraudulent practices. I purchased a "Platinum" Warranty with Modern Machine, Inc. and financed the warranty through a loan company and have made all my monthly payment. This morning the car stopped working and cannot be driven. The warranty company states that I do not have a contract, since the car dealership did not turn in the paperwork. I have the physical receipt, the banking agreement for the loan and warranty and other supporting documents. This is ridiculous that they do not have a contract and will not honor mine. They read me the terms and then stated that no paperwork was ever filed so I cannot put in a claim.
Now I have no car or warranty and still need to make payments on both!
Modern Engine is a realky bad organization and will do anything to get out of fixing the car.
