I am very happy to report that this company works wonders. I tried getting my home loan modified with 2 other companies who just took the money and didn't get anything done. That was after I tried unsuccessfully for several months working with my lender. Because of what happened with the other 2 companies I really researched this company and even went into the office to make sure they were real. They had the experience, attorneys, and proper credentials that I was looking for. I'm glad I didn't give up. They got my lender to knock $56K off of my loan and dropped my monthly payment by 50% for the first 3 years, 40% for the next 5 years, then 30% for the rest of the loan. My interest rate went from 7.25% down to 5% fixed for the last stage of the step modification. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to lower their payment. They won't just take on anyone so you'll have to have them pre-qualify you, but if they say they can get it done, they will.
