This attorney, Ken Nathanson has been mentioned in many complaints as being fraudulent and taking people's money and not doing the service. This attorney used to go by the name of Sherman and Nathanson and his partner (Richard Sherman) dropped him when he found out what he was doing. He took money from families and did not do the work and refused to give refunds. This guy has no business having a license to practice law. Anybody thinking of working with this company should run away as fast as possible. They took my money and not only did not do the work that I paid for but also refused to refund my money and ignored my numerous requests for a refund.
I would like to know why the previous complaints were removed from this board and I would like to know how it is possible that businesses like this stay in business and are licensed. That is not right and is misleading to remove previous complaints. Please put the previous MANY complaints back up on this web-site.
