I thought I did my due diligence when looking into the background of this 'firm'. Their rating was I believe at the time a B-? with the BBB. I spoke with Daniel Otani (originally) who pretty much told me what I wanted to hear... Finally signed on with them & agreed to (3) installments for 'their services' of working out a modification for me. Well, here's what unfolded, after sending my 3rd pymt, all of a sudden I could hear crickets in the background, they were NO where to be found. When I hired them back in Oct 2010, correspondence was ok, not exceptional. I had to make endless phone calls/emails & to no avail. I was finally assigned to Joseph Ibarra who was supposed to work with me on my case, that was a joke! Rarely heard from him! I was promised a "weekly update", another joke! Had to keep chasing after him, the rarity that we spoke, he wasn't familiar with my situation, had to keep reminding him of my personal info... & again let me re-mention, I rarely spoke with him! Then after several months of chasing after him, I get a letter in the mail (May 2011) saying they were closing my case if they didn't hear back from me?!... which couldn't be any further from the truth!!! Then they sent me another letter saying they would be mailing back my docs & closing the case. Don't waste your money on this group! By the by, there rating now shows 'F' wonder why! And to add more to this, I received an email from guess who!!! Joseph Ibarra who, (make sure you're sitting down for this), said he left ncag for another similiar operation & wanted to know how my modification was coming along & if I would consider using his services!! Is this guy for real??? Unfortunately the joke is on you if you decide to use this group, been there done that! I don't even give them a 1 star rating (can't remove it from the system), If i was able, their rating would be a serious negative!!!
