Why isn't zero stars an option? I wish I would have looked them up on this website before I gave them my credit card. Don't do it!!
The instructions in the review process say to be constructive. Impossible. Please look at your own 'F' rating before deleting this review. I am one of the 30+ people who's complaint was never even acknowledged by this company. I'm sure they have made a policy out of ignoring the BBB at this point.
