Does anyone work there?

I call and leave messages to please call or e-mail me an update and have not heard from them in 2 weeks. Their mailboxes are full. when you call their office and press any of the numbers for service it will disconnect. I have paid my full $750 and don't have anything to show for it. I don't think I'm asking for to much, do you?
