Since Alex Benedict & Associates are my attorneys I asked about the two little complaints I see here. Turns out the firm is counsel for a mortgage company at the Newhope address listed. Newhope Street is not one of the firm's addresses but apparently they are taking heat for a handful of mortgages that did not work out. I notice you only see the bad stuff....never all the good stuff. If these two can't even get the right address, I'm betting they also couldn't provide the right documents or client assistance needed to complete their loans, but isn't that how it always is. Get it right people!
Mr. Benedict got me three times the settlement I was first offered in my auto accident. He was kind and helpful. Grant it I didn't hire them for a loan (I don't think they even do that)but I was very happy with the results. No matter what my legal needs may be down the road, I will always go to the Law offices of Alex Benedict & Associates first.
