This company and the owner was the worst I've EVER had to deal with. The first night I went to register my daughter they herded in the students like cattle into a back room and the parent were asked to leave. I wanted to know whether my daughter would be given a receipt. I was told she would. When I went to pickup my daughter all the students were left outside and the doors locked. I was given a paper with policy info after the payment was received which stated that if we decided not to continue with this business there would be no refund (AT ALL). The students weren't given the proper driving hours/there was no schedule set up for the students to which the owner "Alfredo" stated that they would set them up when they had time. The certificate of completion wasn't given to the students the last day of class. They were told to go back 2 wks after completion and there was no discussion regarding this matter. I arrived the date and time frame we were given to go and pickup the certificate and they weren't ready. I called "Alfredo" to discuss my disappointment with the business and the fact that we paid $285.00 for such poor service and disregard for the company's lack of coordination and respect for peoples concerns and the fact that I was there to pickup the certificate as promised. He told me I would have to go back at a later time. I told him that this was a very poorly run business and very disorganized. I also told him that I was going to report him to the BBB and his reply was "go ahead do whatever the hell you want lady, because I don't give a damn." This "Alfredo" person was never on site or available to talk to. The employees were very young and had no knowledge of polices or procedures and would only offer the business card of this "Alfredo" person which I never met or was never around to answer any of the business questions or concerns that I had. One night my daughter showed up to class and they actually had a student teaching the class. That's how bad this business was. I am even wondering how they qualified for a business license and even if they are legitimate.
