I agree INDYMAC/ONE WEST BANK is a complete scam. They pretend to want to help you , really want to foreclose on your home. We have been trying to get a loan modification since Feb 2010, they have told us to fax papers, sent registered mail. We have done this several times, but every time something is missing, and we go through the same thing over and over. Then we were told we don't qualified for the program. So they sent someone out to our home, to try and set up a payment plan. This is a real joke. The rep wanted us to pay almost twice our mortgage payment. How could we pay twice the amount when we can not afford to the regular amount.This is very discouraging.
Something has to be done about this company. They continue to play games with
people who are in need of financial help. I am all for a class action suit
