Simply put, Open Hand Remodeling did what they said they were going to do, on time and on budget. The owner is very conscientious and extremely courteous. He bent over backwards to minimize impact to the family and worked around our schedule not his. The experience was extremely positive. There were several small glitches along the way, as there are with any project, the responsibility of which we have the majority share, but to his credit, all were resolved simply and quickly with minimum impact to the final outcome.
I couldn't possibly say enough on the positive attributes this business. He could easily start a new company teaching others his business and interpersonal techniques as well as the right way to deal with the public. I have a tremendous amount of respect and trust for Open Hand Remodeling and have highly recommended them to others.
