Like most of us, this was not my first refinance. I was ready to begin what is normally a long process where by lots of paperwork is required. With Opengate, Amy and Tammy were amazing, approval in record time with very little paperwork needed. I kept
waiting for a "list" of questions and documentation but.. all I received was very quick emails, letting me know when we could sign final documentation. The entire process was like 17 days. I hope to always keep this relationship for all my real estate needs.
