I did the same thing as Bobbie... followed every rule to a T.. They took money from me every month and 7 months later I have people showing up at more door with summons for court.. They did NOTHING to help me. They took my money and every time I called them they said don't worry about it.. I finally spent more money for a lawyer.. Also beware things they don't tell you is 50% of what you send them goes in their pocket to do nothing. You would stay away from this company if you were smart.. don't even call them.. They know what to say so you believe them, then it's to late. Anybody reading these posts I can guess that the people here that gave them 4 stars works for this company..
