ASK FOR JAMES, HE ROCKS!!!! We had a slab leak underneath our house and tried to go through our home warranty company. They sent out a company called Southwest Plumbing Heating & Air (DO NOT USE THEM) who after looking for the leak for an hour, informed us they could not find it and our only option was to repipe our house for $13,800 due to multiple leaks!!! In comes James to the rescue, he came and found the leak in less than 30 minutes and came out the next day to fix it and a few tiny other issues for $1500!!!! James was very nice and informative and made sure we were aware of everything he was doing every step of the way. The next time I need a plumber for any issue big or small, I will be calling Plumbing Specialists, Inc and requesting James. Its nice to know that there are business' out there who still believe in honesty and integrity and James definitely portrayed those qualities.
