Everything Cheryl wrote is 100% correct. I ordered a swing in April 2020, paid $1,600. September 15, 2020, I still have not received my swing. They do not reply to emails and you cannot reach anyone by phone. I also have contacted the attorney general. I went as far as to contact the manufacturer of the swing, A&L Furniture. They told me the leadtime for this swing is three weeks. They said premium poly patios must have never submitted the order. A&L also has a difficult time contacting this company. My next step after contacting the attorney general and my credit card company, is to try contacting Daniel@ Premium – poly -furniture.com . He is the owner of this company. Please learn from Cheryl and I and do not do business with this company. There are many other places to buy the furniture they are selling. Update… After a few hours of research and phone calls, I was able to make contact with the owner. He said they have been in business for 18 years and this is the busiest year they have ever had. My order somehow slipped through the cracks. I was polite on the phone, but he knew I was very frustrated. He gave me A 10% credit and supposedly my swing will be here in three weeks. Just in time to put it away for winter.
