Initially we called this company for fumigating our house since we thought it will solve all the problems. When one of their inspectors arrived, he mentioned lots of other problems and told us that they are as important as fumigation. After we received a very professional 10-page report unlike the other companies, my husband removed some appliances in our bathroom to check since the inspector was very confident that there might be problems which he couldn’t see. As a result of it my husband found other types of termites and many other problems which we didn’t know and fixed recently. The two other companies that came to our house never mentioned about it, but only gave us quotes and were asking us what we wanted to do while they were supposed to be professionals and be able to point the problem. I would definitely recommend this company. The pricing was also very reasonable considering the volume of work they did and excellent warranties we have. Outstanding!
