We are writing this review to give the highest recommendation to Pristine Construction. Nathan Moses and his foreman Mike went above and beyond the call of duty in executing our kitchen remodel. We couldn’t be happier with the process or the outcome of the project. I found their customer service and attention to detail to be unparalleled; and for a picky customer like myself, that is saying quite a lot.
Our kitchen was completely gutted and redone from the ground up. Framing, patching, painting, electrical, plumbing, venting, cabinets, and tile work - everything was new and had to be upgraded. Our house was built over 70 years ago so there was a lot of work to be done to bring everything up to code. Nathan and Mike had ample expertise with every aspect of the project, and personally oversaw every day of progress.
Their workers were skilled, professional, hard-working, and easy to communicate with. Work began every day at 8 AM (sometimes earlier) and never finished before 5:00 PM. Everything went according to plan, and if anything unexpected did crop up, it was taken care of quickly and without incident. And although this was the first-time my husband and I had ever done a remodel, they never made us feel unimportant, intimidated or rushed.
From our very first meeting with Nathan until the last day on the job, we knew we were in good hands. He assured us that the project would be finished on time and on budget, and it was. And between my job, my husband’s job, and our toddler, it was reassuring to know that someone was reviewing every last detail on a daily basis, as if it were his own kitchen. It was clear to us that he sets the highest standards for himself and his workers and it shows in the finished product. We’ll definitely be using them for other projects in the future.
