Rushmore Design is not recommended. My family and I started our project last December and we are still working at getting it finished. We have had water damage to our house, a bubble filled with water in our kitchen, it took a month to get a roof during the rainy season. Our house was almost red tagged. We have been without a kitchen for 2 months. We have experienced subcontractors arguing over contracts, money issues between owner Ray and his workers. They neglect to read the contract and we are constantly having to remind them they need to fulfill contract agreements. We frequently have to take time out of our weekend to pickup materials in order to keep the project moving along. We are having to pickup after the workers. They do not pickup there mess or food left from working in and out of the house. We have failed at least 5 inspections and there is hardly ever a time when a supervisor is here to address the corrections. We have never received receipts for additional work, the project manager has been switched from Mike to Ray. Meetings would sometimes be as late as 11:30PM. Recently we have had other homeowners call our home inquiring about out experience.
