Sam Nowak & Sons is a wonderful company that is very efficient and reliable. As we added on to our house, Nowak & Sons were remarkable! They were extremely professional, trustworthy to the fullest extent and a pleasure to hire. Their expertise was amazing and they were a dream to work with, amazingly they finished the construction ahead of time, which is rare this day and age! During the construction phase they were very conscientious and tidy, every day they cleaned up after themselves which included vacuuming and putting materials away...I hardly knew that I was in the middle of remodeling (which is vital especially when remodeling our kitchen!). We added on 700 square feet to our two story house and it was finished in four and a half months. I recommend Nowak & Sons to everyone I talk to, with them you are in for top notch, QUALITY work! Two other friends of mine have also had additions by Nowak & Sons and all of us are thrilled with the end results! They are truly a great small business that cares about customer satisfaction! Sam and Tim are such wonderful people, they really care about the work they do and the relationships that they build with customers, even years later if something is of concern, they are always willing to stop by and take a look at issues as they value customer satisfaction. Nowak and Sons is definitely worthy of much more than a five star rating!
