Don't order from this company no matter how good it sounds
I thought I'd die after I read all the bad reviews. We desperately wanted a foam mattress and due to my allergies this sounded excellent. What everyone else says about their customer service is true. There are literally 2 people who work there. I don't know how they stay in business honestly. We ordered end of December and were told it would ship in two weeks. We ordered the high end one which doesn't come folded up, but whole. We finally got the top mattress today, first week of February, and wondered why it was so gosh darn heavy. When I went to put the queen sheets on, it turns out its a king! I do not have the bottom yet or the mattress topper or the free sheets. We ordered the top of the line one which has to come via freight. The delivery person will not bring it into your home, so God knows how or when we'll get rid of this. I wish I could get my money back. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau who already has multiple complaints also against this company.
