Company started out great and then showed their true colors. The salesman said they could get a new roof on my house from damage caused by Hurricane Wilma and there would be no deductible. Turns out this was a scam of me and the insurance company. They asked about other damage to the house and filed a claim for same. when I expected to get interior damage repaired as per the scope of Damages the company the company said there was no money as the money for the interior was used to cover the deductible. Other problems arose and I sent certified letter to company. I received a nasty returned call on my voice mail. I was told to contact the in house counsel, who by the way is not a practicing attorney. I thought we had worked out the problem as it was not worth the fight for two thousand dollars vs the cost I could incur as well as health reasons. The company gave me releases of liens but did not the roof mitigation report which they refuse to give because I had complained to the BBB. Had they have provided everything then the matter could have been closed but they choose not to and are not returning calls or emails for the past 2 weeks. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their business practices are unethical and poor customer service even though they claim to be top notch.. Also the roof is nice but not worth the problems I went through
jUST WHEN YOU CONSIDER GIVING THE COMPANY THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT THEY BLOW IT AGAIN WITH A TOTALLY FALSE STATEMENT TO THE BBB. the stated they did not give me a roof mitigation report because they gave me a discount and they do not provide the reports with discounts. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A DISCOUNT. The company did finally repay me for damage done by their subs. Maybe they do not want to put their name on a report knowing something is wrong, especially after I learned a neighbor just down the street had major leaks in their roof after the secondary water barrier had been applied. Lucky for them no tiles had been applied. Other neighbor are also complaining of their business practices. I am so sorry I recommended them as I have to live with these neighbors. Who ever you use make sure to get it in writing from a company official not the salesman. I will keep you posted as I have retained a lawyer to assist and will be filing complaints from the county to the state level
