Horrible Customer Service

The equipment we leased from SoCal is prone to repeated failures with each failure requiring a few days for the repair person to appear. They commonly fail again within a short time. Getting supplies is easy and they normally arrive within a day or two of ordering which is handy since the toner cartridges tend to leak all over the documents and leave a horrible mess, emptying the cartridges faster than they should. It would be nice if they didn't use cheap replacement products. They also tend to ship things as cheaply as possible so you should plan on spending time cutting the products apart (they arrive wrapped together in tape, which leaves a sticky mess to contend with). The people in corporate are very nice; the people in shipping totally unprofessional and that alone makes this a company to avoid. Bottom line - AVOID!
