I made an order and they took my money on 1-12-10. I paid an extra $6 or so to have it delivered in 3 days. It is going on 10 days, and I still don't have my merchandise. I have left several emails and voicemails at the company to no avail. Today I have requested a refund from my bank due to the fact I haven't received any merchandise.
