We are completely pleased with the product and the overall value of the product. The quality of the safe is exceptional! Sportsman Steel found and set up "in house" placement with a local company for us.
The only concerns were with the process of getting the safe. Credit Card payment was immediate however shipment was delayed for over 2 months. This lead to frustration as we continued to wait for the product to be sent and had trouble getting updates requested via telephone conversation.
Bottom line...the product is exactly what we ordered and the company threw in a couple options at no cost for our inconvenience with the delays.
I highly recommend their product if one is not in a hurry for delivery...
