I have been asking summit for a copy of my contract for a year..I signed a contract with the car dealer with the understanding that i would pay 10,000.00 to the dealership..2 years later the dealer shuts down..I paid 16000 on a loan that i financed for 4 yrs and put three thousand down..they threatened to have me arrested if i didnt turn over my car..i then paid them 1200.00 which thay said they didnt get.. I do not agree w the remaining bal on the account and am going to file a suit against them...any takers..thanks these reviews will hopefully help me in court
