Sun and Fun rentals Palm Springs

We used Sun and Fun for 4 month's this year.The house was very nice however am unable to get refund for "pool heating "deposit.This is in amount of $1200,00 not an amount I am willing to overlook as part is owed to in-law's.Unless you plan to rent with
this company again next year ..good luck getting anything back. Did anyone happen to notice all 3 review's praising company were written on same day?
