In May of 2010 I solicited "Superior Professional Services" to help me and my mother find an apartment, I paid Emily $200.00 Dollars with the understanding that if for some reason I ended up finding an apartment on my own, they would reimburse the total amount of $200.00 Dollars back to me. I found myself wasting time and a lot of money on gas due to the fact that this agency prohibits you from actually seeing the apartment from the inside. Emily who is one of the representatives at SP-Services explain to me that you are not allowed to talk to the land lord unless they have set you up with an appointment to view the apartment in which you have to filled out a paper, listing the properties you which to see. I became very disappointed with Emily and Superior Professional Services because when I provided them with a listing of apartments I wanted to see Emily always came back and told me that those apartments were no longer available or that a deposit had already been place. One of my request to Emily was that the apartments was not to have stairs on the outside, on the inside and no second floor due to my moms disability "she had recently had her left leg amputation" and could not climb stairs. The listing they provided me through emails on Wensdays and fridays never met my requirements now very frustrated I began searching for apartments on my own, and in September 15, 2010, my mother and I had move in to our new apartment. On September 17, 2010 I call SP-Services to inform them about the apartment I had found by my self and Emily explain to me that I needed to send her a written letter explaining I had found the apartment on my own, a copy of the the new lease, and finally the original contract agreement document I had sign with SP-Services. I sent them everything they had requested from me and after a month and half later no check was coming through the mail I call Emily several time and she had assures me that the check was in the mail. I waited and waited until again I talk to Emily only to find out from her that her boss had declines my $200.00 Dallors request because according to him I had fail to send them ten pages or copies of the property listing they had email me. I became extremely disappointed and I requested to speak to the manager or owner but I was told by Emily that the boss was out of state and that he was not returning any call to staff, she also express to me that the owner was having family problem and again was not returning staff calls, this people are very unprofessional and to this day March 14, 2011 they have not attempted to call me I have stop calling them.
