The worst service I've ever had
|
First off I was suppose to receive my belonging 7 days prior to when they delivered my goods. I had to sleep on the floor for those extra 7 days they didn't bring it. Then once they came the drivers refused to move my stuff because we woulnn't give them
an extra 100 dollar tip. The worst company I've ever worked with. Bad business ethics . I would suggest another company. I will never have work with this company and I would tell anyone about this experience. Also, my stuff was banged up and I'm missing things.
I'm contacting the BBB ASAP. I hope this is a warning to all. Very unprofessional from top to bottom. I feel scammed out of my money. I'm a Navy veteran and this is how I was treated its truly sad.
