I contacted The Collection Auto Transport nearly 2 weeks ago. They were VERY quick to get a contract in order, accept a deposit and email all the necessary paperwork. Everything was going great, the car was supposed to be picked up on May 18th from Florida to Greenville, SC. It is now May 20th and after literally two dozen phone calls I STILL haven't had my car picked up. I am now told I have to pay an ADDITIONAL $100 because the only company available will do it for that price. So now I'm 3 days late to get my car and I'm expected to pay more. This has been the absolute WORST customer service experience of my entire life. I would NEVER do business with this company in the future and I suggest to EVERYONE out there to do the same. I was promised call backs and never got them. If this is how they do business, I don't see a very bright future for this company.
