Frauds and Scams
The only good comments on this website are all in the same 2 days, in a row, this should be proof enough that they make their own fake reviews to get business. Now, coming to my experience with this company, they are pretty much scam arists. Please, protect
yourself and your money, DO NOT do business with this company. They are like leaches, who will latch onto you and suck your blood out and leave you hanging. They lie about hidden costs, and they have sordid ways of putting fees on your account as well. For
example: 1) restocking fee, even though they say there is no termination fee. So you have to return your terminal AND pay the full price for the terminal (how does this even make sense? but they do it!) 2) bad reps, this is a VERY SMALL business, so they have
handful of people working in a small office. There is one guy dedicated to making sales, 2 people who take care of customer service, 1 tech support guy, and of course their lame manager. They all pretty much communicate with each other on how to treat a customer
in question depending on what the situation is. So if you're cancelling with them, they will make up fees and not answer your phone calls, respond to emails, etc. They are just rude and LIE about everything, and they go back and forth on their words. 3) If
you go ahead and sign up with these morons, and even if your account was only for open for 2 days, they will go ahead and charge you a FIXED RATE FOR THE MONTH + surprise fees. So whether you are beginning of month or end of month you pay it all. Even with
cancellation, they make you pay for an extra month. 4) TIP: IF YOU CANCEL WITH THIS COMPANY, MAKE SURE TO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CHANGE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER SO THESE IDIOTS DO NOT HAVE ANY SORT OF ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT AT ALL. UPDATE YOUR LOCAL BANK REP.
ON THE SITUATION, USE THEIR EQUIPMENT FOR COMMUNICATION, SO YOU HAVE SOME SORT OF WITNESS IN THIS WHOLE MESS. THIS COMPANY IS MADE UP OF CROOKS, THEY WILL GO TO ANY LENGTHS TO DAMAGE YOU. In my case, I was actually happy to pay the few extra fees, and called
it my $500 lesson in dealing with LIARS AND CROOKS. This money out was a little painful, but in the long run it has helped me to be more careful. So, save your money, and do not get into this mess at all. I am giving you a FREE LESSON due to my own personal
experience, and be aware, they can charge up to $900 + $150 (more than $1000!!!) depending on what package you had with them. So, my $500 was actually a minimum cost compared to what some other poor folks had to deal with, and you may not be this lucky. Don't
walk, RUN!!!!!!!
